TARAH Technologies uses information submitted through this public website only to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested workflows and arrange demonstrations or pilots.
Information you provide
Contact details, company details, demonstration preferences and operational information you choose to include. The secure form also uses a one-way network identifier and a reCAPTCHA assessment to prevent abuse; raw IP addresses are not retained with lead records.
How it is used
To respond to your request, assess suitability, arrange a follow-up and maintain a timestamped business record. One inquiry is not consent to repeated automated sales messages, and TARAH does not automatically initiate outbound marketing.
Service providers and location
The isolated website lead system uses Google Cloud and Firebase for authentication, security and data storage in Canada, and Resend for transactional owner notifications and customer confirmations. Providers process information only to operate these functions.
Retention
Lead records are retained for up to 24 months after the latest relevant activity unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Archived records remain protected and can be restored. Confirmed deletion is recorded in a security audit event.
Your rights and choices
Email info@tarahtechnologies.com to request access, correction, a portable export or confirmed deletion of information associated with your inquiry. We will verify the requester before acting and explain any legal exception.
Analytics
The website may record page visits and conversion events such as demo-button clicks. Private form contents, contact details and lead records are never placed in ordinary analytics or request logs.
